Letter of Interest (LOI) for direct grant funding for 2025

Welcome!

The CrossRoads Educational Partners Fund is designed to support and uplift educational initiatives that make a profound impact in our community. As an organization dedicated to promoting education and fostering growth, we believe that your organization's vision and commitment align perfectly with the goals of the residents of Grier Heights.

Our grant process provides an opportunity to secure funding for educational projects and programs like yours by submitting this Letter of Interest. If you have any questions throughout the application process. I are here to assist you in any way I can.

What Happens Next?

Our review committee will review your LOI and requested funding amount. I will follow you with you if the committee has any questions regarding your submission. Awardees will be notified of approval and award amount on October 1st, 2024.

We eagerly anticipate your participation in the CrossRoads grant process for 2025 and look forward to receiving your application.

Audited Financial Statements are required from agencies with an annual revenue of $500,000+. The Independent Financial Review is applicable to agencies with revenue of less than $500,000. All financial statements must be prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the United States. Required for agencies with annual revenue of $500,000 or more. Letter issued by auditor communicating Internal Control Related Matters identified in the audit. The partner agency management/board should include its planned action to address each auditor comment. Please be sure that your independent auditors are aware that you need this in writing either in the auditor’s letter or in a separate letter to CrossRoads Corporation.
