Housing Assistance
Our Housing Assistance program aims to provide affordable housing options for individuals and families with limited income. We build homes for persons earning up to 80% of the area median income. Buyers have to qualify for the program by submitting income information to Crossroads and the City of Charlotte for verification.
Education and Training
