At Crossroads Corporation, we're committed to making that process as smooth and easy as possible with the community partner and resources. As a united neighborhood quarterback for place-based programming, we're always looking for new and innovative ways to help our communities thrive.
Community Involvement and Leadership:

Access to Resources:
Identify and eliminate barriers that disproportionately affect the Black community.
Cultural Competence:
Recognize and respect the cultural nuances and diversity within the Black community.
Healthcare Partnerships
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure access to affordable and culturally competent healthcare services
Education and Awareness:
Implement educational programs to raise awareness about the social determinants of health and their impact on the Black community.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Use data-driven approaches to measure the impact of interventions and adjust strategies accordingly.
