Our work goes beyond building homes. We support families by helping them lay the foundation for lasting stability and meaningful memories through our homebuyer pathway program and the development of affordable new construction homes. Together, we help families build a strong future because opportunity begins at home.
First Time Home Buyers Club
First Time Homebuyers Club is a homebuyer pathway program that helps first-time buyers move from “curious” to “closing.” Through group classes, financial coaching, and one-on-one support, participants learn how to improve credit, build savings, and navigate the mortgage process. Our goal is to increase access to safe, sustainable, and affordable homeownership in our community.
Affordable Housing Development
Every family deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. But in Charlotte, one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation, too many hardworking families are being priced out of the communities they love. Since our founding in 2009, we have built 49 affordable homes in the Grier Heights community, expanding access to quality homeownership for local families.
