Our Hardship Disaster Relief program is designed to provide financial assistance to help stabilize your housing situation during times of crisis. Whether you're facing a natural disaster, loss of income, or other emergencies, we are here to support you.
How to Apply
If you are in need of immediate assistance, please complete the Disaster Relief Emergency Hardship Form. The application is quick and easy, and our team will review your request and follow up.

Must live in the Grier Heights Community.

Completed DREH application must be submitted.

Proof of employment from the past 30 days is required for leaseholder.

Applicant’s name must appear on the ledger or utility bill.

How DREH Works
CrossRoads pays rent and utility companies directly to assist with your hardship. CrossRoads will distribute funds on a first-come, first-served basis until available funding is expended.
